About Tad Scott
I began investing in coastal real estate in 1999 and soon after started building homes on the island. In 2000, I founded my own mortgage company. Over the past two decades as a real estate investor, builder, and now a Realtor, I have watched the local market from several angles.
My approach is practical and thorough. I treat each listing as if it were my own property, with attention to pricing, photos, presentation, open houses, and communication with active local agents.
For buyers and new construction clients, that same background helps with questions around location, home condition, lot selection, builder quality, rental potential, and long-term value.
